When it became certain that this year’s Whisky Expo would be scuttled by the pandemic we, like I’m sure many of you, were heartbroken. This event has been a staple of Vine & Table’s year for over a decade. We were not going to just let October pass without something special for all of you however. So it is with great pleasure that I welcome all of you to our 1st annual month of Master Classes, a monthlong celebration of all things spirits. Thanks to our newly enlarged events space each week I will be presenting multiple opportunities for education, fellowship, and most importantly enjoyment of fine spirits (socially distanced and masked, of course). Best of all everything tasted at these events, along with a vast array of old favorites, will be on sale for fantastic prices throughout the month. For our first week we are offering three opportunities that take us across the sea and right around the corner.

Single Malt Scotch 101 With Ed Kohl – We’ve got something special to inaugurate the grand opening of our newly expanded event room. At 6:30 PM on Thursday our favorite keeper of the quaich joins us once more to highlight whiskies from both the Speyside and Islay regions of Scotland. If you have never attended one of our tastings with Mr Kohl you owe it to yourself to sign up for this symposium.
